Return Policy
You have the right to request the return of the product you received for the following cases:
You received the product with a defect.
If any product proves to be defective and must be returned, it must be sent after consultation and within 2 days of its delivery date

We sent you a different product than what you ordered.
(In this case, the product must not have been opened from its packaging, must not have been used, must have all the labels and stickers of the manufacturer. In the above cases, you do not bear the shipping costs provided that you use the courier company which we will indicate to you.)

- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we grant you the right to exchange the product within 14 calendar days starting from the day you receive your order.
Please note that the following rules must apply to the product(s) you would like to exchange.
1. Product must not have been opened from packaging must not have been used with and must be returned with all original packaging and all manufacturer tags and stickers.
2. All product exchange requests are checked in great detail upon arrival and will not be approved if the product(s) is not in its original condition as we sent it to you.
3. Please make sure that the product(s) you return to us via the courier company should keep the proof of shipment.
Please ensure the best packaging and the safest shipping method for the products.
4. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the product(s) by the courier company and shipping is at your own risk.
5. ATTENTION! Do not return your product(s) without first contacting the customer service department (backoffice@cell-phones.gr or 210-9566000). We will provide you with the necessary information for the exchange.
6. Please note that in order to avoid abuses and to facilitate the procedures, you cannot exchange a product a second time for the same order.
In case of return of the products without change, the amount of money related to the value of the goods and not possible transport costs, cash on delivery or bank charges is returned. Also depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be refunded, your refund will be completed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send within 14 days of receiving the product your decision to withdraw (using the sample withdrawal form HERE) to the email address backoffice@cell-phones.gr or to Fax 210-9565030 or by registered letter to PETROULAS-SARANTOS OE at the address: 40 Davaki, Kallithea Attikis, P.O. 17672.
