Methods of Shipping / Receiving

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and delivered in 1 to 2 business days. If for any reason there is a delay, you will be informed in time about the delivery time.
Shipments are made throughout Greece and the products will be delivered to the address you have indicated in your order.
Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 will be packed, shipped within the same day and you will receive it the next working day.
Orders placed and confirmed by 2pm on Friday will be with you next Monday. Orders placed and confirmed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday so delivery will not take place until the following Tuesday.
When your order is made or shipped, you will be notified via e-mail and SMS (provided you have provided your mobile phone number). In the event that you have chosen a credit card as a payment method, to receive your order, you must show your ID.
In case of non-receipt of your order, the cooperating courier company keeps the cash-on-delivery package for up to 4 working days. Once the date of 4 days after arrival has passed and the recipient does not appear, the parcel is returned without any warning.
